Refund Policy

Purchases on animdept.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant
of Record. All refund requests are handled in coordination with
Lemon Squeezy.

1. Refund Window
   We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not
   function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

2. How to Request a Refund
   Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and a description of the
   issue. We may ask for details (operating system, host application
   version, error messages) so we can attempt to resolve the problem before
   issuing a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
   Refunds may be declined when:

• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase

• The plugin works as described and the issue is preference-based

• There is evidence of license abuse or redistribution

4. Statutory Rights
   Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under
   applicable consumer protection law. EU/UK customers have the rights
   provided under Lemon Squeezy's terms as Merchant of Record.
